Hannibal Lebanese Restaurant - GLEBE

We had a great time at Hannibals Restaurant in glebe , great atmosphere, I specially recommend the Arabian cushions room it felt like I was really in middle east very yummy food , excellent service , highly recommended .

Firstly I’d like to say how much Ubereats is like going on a “blind Tinder” date cause you’ve never seen or been to this place before (unless you have than your algood) and your basically entering a realm of the unknown. I’m definitely not one to use these apps but when you’re at home, had a bit to drink and can’t be bothered walking up the road in the rain it seems like the sensible thing to do – WHAT A LET DOWN! I should’ve walked that 8 min up the road to my local kebab shop and not taken such risk…. I don’t know who in their right mind would charge $15 for this lifeless sad little creation or think it’s even acceptable to let it leave the kitchen?!! I always try to see the positives in things but there is nothing positive about this, I had to dress it with so much sauce just to give it flavour cause there was none added. You ain’t got no flavour! As you can see there’s about 8 small pieces of chicken which of course was cold and chewy. The chips were cold and definitely didn’t warm the heart. Overall my first Ubereats experience was a disaster and now I’m very reluctant to use the app again – I think anyone could make this for less than $20 ($15 for the kebab, $5 for delivery)

We had a terrible experience in this Restaurant. The food was stale and the service was pathetic. We were not served water or given any importance. There are other Restro which are far better. Please dont go.

I like how there are options of normal seating and cushion seating. We chose normal for practicality I've been eating Lebanese food since my uni days which is a long,long time ago I ordered the mixed plate and when it costs 1.5 times more than what I usually pay in the west, I have certain expectations which were not met. The grilled meat didn't have much taste with it. My partners rice dish looked small and had hardly any meat on it,it looked like a child meal. The Hannibal crumble wasn't to my taste. They others said there ones we're just alright The falafel was nice but instead of a ball it's in a weird donut shape Food took a while to come out also For me this place is just ok,but pricey to what I usually pay out West,doubt I will be back
