Panera Bread - Glastonbury

Food was fresh and tasty as expected. Great service and experience with DoorDash/driver.

The famil size mac and cheese was fine but was supposed to come with bread and instead it came with potato chips

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the soups are lacking in portion size. Sometimes, when I order a half sandwich with soup, both the sandwich and the soup seem to have very few ingredients. However, despite these issues, the food overall has great taste and I will continue to dine here. They should also pay more attention to to-go orders, as I have experienced instances where I ordered a bread bowl and received only the soup. Hopefully these issues will be addressed in the future, but the consistent and delicious quality of the food will keep me coming back.

I wish they would consolidate all of the orders in one location. We ordered a family meal for pick-up. When I asked if everything was in the bag, they reassured me it was. However, as I walked past the bakery section, I overheard a customer mention they were missing items from their order. Upon checking my own bag, I realized I was missing items as well. It seems that the bakery items need to be picked up at a separate counter. While waiting, I noticed several customers returning because they too were missing items from their orders.

The steak and cheese sandwich had too much bread and not enough meat, and the soup was barely warm. The only good thing was the drink. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this restaurant.
