Grain H20 - Glasgow

Invited my family out to Grain H20 for a brunch on a Saturday which seemed to be a calm before the storm as there wasn't many people there yet but maybe the heat kept people at home. Regardless enjoyed some brunch food with a scrapple sandwich, crab cake skillet, scrapple fries and beef skillet with home fries and eggs. We also had some drinks which is what is pictured with the Grain Blood Mary which some delicious jerky, stuff olive and some intense old bay seasoning. The tomato juice with mixed in alcohol was a great blend for the meal. I'd like to return back to Grain H20 to see how the place comes alive with weekly events and music. The food was good, service was excellent, and I'm going to be checking this place out for some happy hour and more adult evening than brunch!

It was a slow early evening and I just stopped in for some appetizers and a beer. Service was slow and I got the impression the wait staff was doing me a favor servicing me. The appetizers were bar food quality and over priced.

The service was great and the food was OK. The menu rarely changes. It's good bar food. Overall the cleanliness is severely lacking. Flies and nats everywhere, DEAD bugs left on the walls for all to see, and ants on the counter tops. They need to do a huge cleanup. I've been coming here for years and it has slowly gone downhill in that department.

Grain H20 is a great place by the water with a huge outdoor space. I popped by after being out on the water at Lums Pond for a quick drink. The bartender was quick to greet me and it wasn't very busy so drinks came out fast. I had to knock off the stars due to the drinks not being very good and the obvious mold on the menu. Being an outdoor venue by the water, this shouldn't happen.

We dined here to celebrate my grandson 21st birthday. We had food and cocktails most of us complained the drinks were watered down for the cost. People that got the burgers liked them but that big ass crab pretzel they promote NOT WORTH IT no taste, no crab just cheese and all dry dough the Brussels sprouts were over cooked not good. Our waiter was great and accommodated our party of 12. Sorry I can't say anything good about the food. We sat outside which I prefer not to cause I don't like eating with dogs and cats.. I'm just saying it's not for me. Ambiance outside is great around the marina with the water and boats I just wished it was a little different setting.
