Ordered food for carry out didn’t wait long got an item wrong I said chicken bites and they served me parm bites refused to refund me my money for getting it wrong have filed an official complaint with the better business bureau

The dough had mold/expired who know for how long they keep it that dough on the fridge certainly not freshly made. Called them and the resolution they gave me was a replacement or store credit. I ask for store credit and they did not gave me the credit. Customer service just sent an automated email thanking me for reaching out but they couldn’t do anything because is a locally owned store. I didn’t not get my money back or resolved the problem. Overall the whole order was over cooked. Be aware buying from this store

I order here whenever the family doesn’t wanna cook, and I’ve never had a problem at all until today. The driver couldn’t find my front door (which I put instructions in the order notes) and he proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes as I tried to explain how to find my house. I’m alone with my child and can’t go outside to help him, he decided to just hang up on me.

Good crew of people, friendly, patient helped sort out menu to figure out what I liked best. I will continue to return here. pizza was good, people very good here!

The sandwiches were decent overall. The chicken parm was underwhelming, but the habanero and pineapple chicken sandwich was fantastic.
