Izycoffee - Ghent

Great that the whole pastry is vegan. You have a lot of choice and the Frangipane I tasted was a decent size and a decent price. I also know they don't charge extra for vegan milk. But then I also went for the ice ginger tea and that was just a big mistake. I don't know if it should taste like that, or if the guy at the bar made a mistake, but it was horrible. It was just a lot of ice, foamed water and then something that I can only describe as a very strange chemical taste that didn't even resemble tea or ginger! I really hope something went wrong while I do that and that it is not as it should taste. In addition, it is also incredibly expensive. For 7 euros you would expect your drink to be served at least in a glass instead of a cardboard cup! Updated by previous rating on 2022-07-05

Plant milks can be chosen without extra costs, some coffees are standard vegan. Cakes, cookies and brownies are delicious. Sells premade bowls and wraps too, look for the vegan ones The owners are friendly and very innovative. I wasn't a coffeelover until I discovered IzyCoffee! All their pastries are vegan 4 different plant based milks to choose from For the hot chocolate, only the banana fondant and dark hot chocolate can be made vegan the other chocolates contain milk)

They no longer offer cow's milk to you have 4 different milk, and all deserts are vegan. You're pretty good too.

Here you will find delicious coffee with desserts. The hotel is located in the centre of Gent and sometimes street musicians play next to the café. Plenty of space inside, clean bathroom.
