Mcdonald's - Georgetown

Until twice last month, they forget a part of my order and when I return to pick it up. they act as if I were trying to get a free meal. who runs this location, please help their employees with customer label as well as double check orders before handing it to a customer. when I wrote this review, I took a bite of my burger and it was raw. my wife was just picking up what they forgot that she let me know that my burger was raw in her answer. when I wrote this review, I took a bite of my burger and it was raw. my wife was there at the time and took up what she forgot that she let her know that my burger was raw and her answer was that doesn't look so pink, but I'll give it back anyway.

Very rude and yelled at us for mobile ordering??? Thought I was being helpful by giving them time to make it but I guess not…

We all love McDonald's, right? But when you give them three chances to get your order correct and they still screw it up, then you start to wonder what exactly is going on in there. And of course there is that little side note of the order taker over the intercom arguing you with you that something is not on the menu when you're looking right at it. It's a little distasteful. All I'm saying is it's not that difficult to get it right everything is pretty much made all for you so slopping it together like it's a piece of I don't know dog food, it's really not a good thing

I asked for no onion on my burgers and the guy at the pay window asked me if I wanted no onion on one burger or both, I said no onion on both. and guess what, both had onion on them. then I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my fries and didn’t get that. Also ordered a large sprite and when it was handed to me it was a medium and the person at the window fought with me saying I paid for a medium so I get a medium. I argued back and said no i ordered a large sprite and i will pay whatever the difference is just give me what I ordered. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I usually go out of my way to this Mcdonald’s because Ive never had issues but lately it’s an issue every time I go and most of the time I go just to get a pop for myself and others and they can’t even get those right

Just ate the best cheeseburger I've ever had in my life here, they killed that ****!! Little bit of a wait but worth it
