This oven in the centre of Genzano offers high quality products at fair prices. Bread, focaccia, pizza and cakes prepared with special flours, other times processing and a lot of passion .Ottima choice if you pass to the Roman Castles and remember to combine the excellent pork to taste in the tables outside the local.. This is my experience, good journey to all.

There's nothing that's not good, pizza, bread, focaccia, sweets and more. Marco is a master of bread and derivatives, there is a pizzaiolo from fear, makes a pizza super digestible and baked to dot with condiments of 10 and praise. Try to believe.

By chance, following the evening hunger we enter this oven with a few benches/tables outside with the awareness of looking for something different and local. Luckily the choice was the right one.
