We stopped in this brewery to taste it and took waffles and a drink. The waffles were very good, though a little expensive. Count €8.50 for a waffle with ice cream and chocolate.

Managers are super friendly and the setting is pleasant. Take the small table next to a window overlooking the Place Saint-Bavon to enjoy the view. I recommend their KoffieChoc, mix of coffee and hot chocolate. The best of both universes

Great little breakfast spot with large portions! We really enjoyed eating in this small cafe. Everything was fresh, flavorful and served with a smile. The kind of neighborhood gem that we would make one of our go-to's.

Wow... The owners are super friendly and speak english ... Working wifi def. a big plus) Now lets get down to food) business I read that the brussels waffles here are among the nest in ghent and although i really wanted to go Max as they were the one who invented brussels style waffles, i still cant wrap my head around paying €10 for a waffle. Waffle here is so light and crispy ... Among the best brussels waffles i hv ever had. But the price tag is pretty high €4) Their special hot chocolate with some liquor looks super tasty but also very pricey €9) so I decided to get the chocolate with cream and coffee instead and it was also pretty expensive €4 ish) and nothing special Overall, nice cafe, good food, good service but a bit expensive
