Placed a mobile order. Couldn’t fulfill it and told me to come back another day to get a refund. On top of that, the in-store cashier was just ignoring customers in-line to chat with another patron. Poor service all around.

Coffee always seems to disappoint compared to other locations. Wrong orders, missing cream or sugar... Almost never correct.

I order through ubereats. My order is wrong 70% of the time. Today, I received a sausage breakfast sandwich instead of the BLT I requested. They replace ordered items with whatever they want without letting the customer know or offering an item refund instead. I have several allergies and replacing items for clients without discussing it first is NOT okay I have received replacement items several times with items that I am deathly allergic to. I also find egg shells in my food quite often. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHYGIENIC and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Dietary restrictions: They do not respect dietary restriction very dangerous for people with allergies.

Terrible and rude service, the lady was absolutely horrible, gave us attitude the entire time and the nastiest looks

While I was waiting for my food a guy who 's obviously not from around here came in and asked the employee if he speaks English. The employee pretended not to hear and understand even after the guy asked nicely 3 times. It was embarrassing to witness.The guy finally tries his best to ask "Est ce que tu parles anglais? "I didn 't hear a response from the employee and the guy just left.
