7-eleven - Gaston

The store is only good for gas if you need a receipt you'll end up going inside they never have paper in the machine they are selling hot food but have a plumbing issue the burger King that's connected to the store does not look clean so eat at your own risk

We drove to the 7-11 station in Gaston,SC tonight (7/1/23) to pick up some snacks and something to drink. When we stepped into the store the first thing we saw were the wine bottles on the first aisle. We then walked to the drinks. There were a bunch of empty spots. After we chose our drinks, we then started looking at the candy and cookie aisles. There were alot of empty spaces on those shelves too. At this time my wife had to use the restroom. I then walked around to the fountain drink area. I notice that alot of cups and lids were not there. The floor had trash all between the aisles and open areas. The store had a feel as if it had not been kept up for quite a while. I almost wanted to walk outside and make sure that it was still a 7-11. I have never seen that store in such a fashion. I do know that I will never step foot back in that store.

I had a very bad experience on 10/15/22 at this location. I went the cashier register to get some cigars but didn't know what kind I wanted yet. So I told the guy,who wouldn't give me his name, I wanted some Dutchmasters but didn't say which ones yet he said which ones then I Dutchman's he said YEAH BUT WHICH ONES I KNOW DUTCHMAN'S WHICH KIND...So I said hold a minute you don't have to get rude...then he says GET OUT I'M NOT SERVING YOU GET OUT...this is the supervisor that was there that day.....Very unprofessional and no customer skills none what so ever...I hope this is not what 7 eleven comes good friendly service....he was terrible from the beginning....Don't bring your problems to work and take it out on the people that helping to SECURE your employment.....

An employee or supervisor that was at the 7/11 was going around the store recording and taking pictures , as I was getting a drink he came behind my wife with his phone and I had to warn my wife outloud even after watching him follow her, after saying so he instantly put his phone away .... don't recommend also the employees are keeping 7/11 points when customers enter their 7/11 rewards
