TGI FRIDAYS - Garland

I ordered Hamburger to cook medium, it came in the middle raw. I complained and it was replaced, but without excuse or discount.

Steak was bland and low quality. I had higher expectations based on previous experiences with Fridays.

Mother's Day Lunch; we were told that their open table system was down and it would wait at least 30 minutes, although we had a 1 pm reservation.

Didn't have access to the online reservation schedule, so our table wasn't ready when we got there. Orders were taken at different times, so some were already getting food while others hadn't even been asked their order yet. A lot of orders came out completely wrong. Drinks sat empty on the table. Checks were wrong. I will not be returning to this location. HORRIBLE service!

The ribs were a lil over cooked. The waiter was okay. But i love the mozzarella sticks!
