I've preferred the food at this point for years. It always tastes much better than any other Boston Market I've visited so far. The presentation of food on the line and the freshness of foods looks clean and fresh every time. Food: 5/5

Manager wouldn't honor the $3,70 voucher. He lied and explained that they were told by the company not to honour them. We drove to the Plano site and the voucher was honored with a smile. The coupon said 2 of each, which means that you could buy 2 chickens, 2 sides and 2 cakes. The Centerville site refused to honour. Extremely disappointed.

It was raining and cold. They locked the doors and let us wait outside in the rain until they got their line down. Then the line looked outward (after it the line down) and left the people there for a while. The macaroni was watery and disgusting. I needed it as a side for our meal. $26 downstairs. The workers had attitudes. I love eating here. I'm done with the whole franchise.

The staff and food here are always top notch!Great for a night when you want to eat healthy but don't feel like cooking. Also AH-MAZING when you want that quick warm weather or home cooked feel food!Food: 5/5
