Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I went through the drive through.Ordered 2 large fries and 2 cheeseburgers and only got one fry.They were hurrying me Through that I didn't even have time to check my order.

Very very very slow not the best service and food took absolutely forever.

Seems every other time we go to this freddys we either dont get the frys for my sons kids meal or we get the wrong size fry for our combo even though our receipt clearly has the upcharge for large and with it taking 30+ minutes to get through the lines its not worth driving back up to get it correctedEdit 3-8-24Been over a year since my original review and it has not gotten any better. Still every tike we get food whether it be drive thru, walking in or doordash we end up getting the wrong items or missing items entirely. Tonight was no different, ordered DD since my wife and I had a long day at work and wanted to be lazy and get some food delivered. DD end of things has always been decent but when we not only pay the delivery charge and the marked up menu prices I would expect to not have half my order missing/wrong. Missing my sons fries, missing my fries, my wife ordered cheese fries and received chili cheese fries. Ordered my burger with a minor added topping, got that added topping but half of what is supposed to come on it to begin with. No straws for our drinks. Gotta drive up there to get the missing items that I paid for (yes i know DD would refund me for it but we wanted our items) guess they are very short staffed with emergency hours posted on the door and not many customers for how it usually is dead inside but prep stuff everywhere. Took a good 5-10 minutes to get the missing fries. Fed up with this location will not be returning again anytime soon will continue to drive to olathe if we want freddys

Would not recommend eating there just because I used to work there now when I go in I get ignored I don’t even get treated like a customer and when I call to tell management about being ignored, he ignores me, so therefore Freddys has poor management

With only 2 cars ahead of me at time I placed order at drive thru , I literally waited over 20 minutes. My child literally had a potty accident . I tried to pull out of line but couldn't . I won't be returning to this
