Mcdonald's - Gardendale

It needs better customer service a person was nice, but the other one wasn't. So I gave him three

The last few times I went to this McDonald, it was very fast and my orders were correct and the staff were very friendly.

Me? ve was to this McDonald?s often during my life and it was the worst I ever was. On the other day I found a dead fly in my pommes. I cannot remember the last time that the staff has either made my order right or right my food along with their general terrible customer service. I wish they would just tear it off and build a new one with a completely new staff.

Several visits to this place and it wasn't good. 1. Visit the mobile app then dragged into a parking lot and entered the number of pickup marks into the app. When the food was brought out, we were told that they did not pick up the lock after 17:00, as their lobby is closed and come through the ride thru. I don't know. Oddly, enough a few weeks later we went to the Fultondale site and since it was after 5p and we ordered the app we went through the drive thru. This caused a lot of confusion and they told us that we always park and enter the number of parking spaces. When we described the situation at the Gardendale site, they said it wasn't true. I don't care what's true or not I just need to know what the process is, and it should be standard about McDonald's, so this is not a guessing game. 2. Visit Stop getting an Oreo McFlurry. What I got was a cup of ice less than a teaspoon of Oreos. In addition, it should come with a clear hard plastic spoon to stir it up because McDonald's do not mix it for you. What I got was a thin plastic spoon that will just break when it tries to stir. Next time, you will simply inform the customer that you are from this article. I would have been happier not paying for something than paying for something, but not getting what I paid. 3. Visit A Cheeseburger combo ordered and the thing was exterminated like an old sponge. Not sure why someone who runs a business wants to serve such a thing. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

One of the only McDonald's that hasn't messed up my order during this pandemic. I'll drive the extra mile to go there over my hometown one! They always greet me wit a smile treat me wit the same respect I greet them wit. Only been there a handful of times, but those times topped everywhere else.
