The worst customer service ever. Refuse to talk to anyone and hide away in the kitchen hoping customers leave. Major attitude when you try and place an order and lie about register problems or food that?s out of stock. If you really need your pizza fit go to another location or a different chain.
I have placed my order with this establishment for the last time. I have also notified my family members that this is a place that we will no longer spend our money. 3 strikes, you're out. This is the third time I have had the issue of receiving less food than I paid for. The first time I considered it a mistake. The second time I reported it and it was corrected immediately. The third time they were dismissive. After calling several times and having to drive over there to try and resolve the issue with getting the refund the manager offered for their mistake, they have still failed to honor their part. Even alerting the general manager about this ongoing issue, there has not been any resolve. He was very dismissive and condescending. I have been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks after 2 promises to process it. Now I have to file a dispute with the bank. I don't appreciate being nickled and dimed when everything around us is skyrocketing in price and we (the customer) are still keeping you in business by continuing to patronize your establishments. This is not, okay. No more.
They do not answer the phone. Been calling for over 1 hour. Made a mistake ordering online, my fault. No big deal. All I wanted was to cancel the order and get a refund. Simple buuuuuutt noooooooooo!! I just want someone to answer the phone!
Didn't have my ranch ready for online pick up. Drinks were warm. Pizza toppings for custom orders were not spread out evenly.
