Beautiful place to be with. with the hot coffee they get smoker view of the mountains and the staff is very polite. one of the good places to sit and enjoy the tasteful coffee

Just like any other CCD. Just as you enter, you inhale the fresh smell of coffee. Seating arrangement is sufficient. Hardly feels congested. Service is good.

Weak tasteless coffee latte swirled with chocolate, with slow impersonal service but premium price. Outside seating good for people watching.

I love Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) and it's almost the same as other places across India. However, I have disappointed by availability of their menu. There was no coffee which I usually drink. Anyway I had Cafe Moca.

Unpleasant services. Today I went to CCD at M.G market, Gangtok Sikkim. As compare to its rates and way of services is vast different. Although coffee was very good, there is no dough for that but their services is very poor and which is very unacceptable. Just because of returning change money of mine I, waited 30 minutes after finishing my coffee at CCD. And I, went to their counter twice for asking my change and the way of answering to me was very negative, which I feel very uncomfortable with that environment.
