First Ruche experience with the tasting menu. The decoration of the room and tables is very pleasant. But the strong point is really the combination of flavors and the presentation of different dishes. There is a great research in the harmony of tastes with non-current and quality products. We just had lunch at La Ruche. Very nice and good dishes. Beautiful setting in nature. But: the hemosphere less relaxed than expected and the service really slow/long for the menu in 5 times. In addition, it was necessary to ask the essentials several times (painting, water... . No attention. And unfortunately: very good wine but bitter coffee... Too bad it's perfect...
