This hotel saved me from an emergency and I was able to sleep in it. The beds are comfortable.

Lovely friendly hotel. We stopped for lunch and got the chowder. It was delicious.

Ideal location but service okay but quite expensive for 1 night. No green tea, even for breakfast. Just didn't have the finishing touches but nice big room

Right in the heart of the city, couldn’t ask for anything better

Such an amazing hotel! We came with our 15 week old for our first family holiday and the whole experience made our week so much that we booked an extra night stay! The lift was broken for our stay but that wasn’t a problem at all for the staff, they helped us up and down the stairs with our pram everyday, took our luggage up and down for us, some days we even came out of the room and the staff were already coming down the hall to help us! We wanted to see all of Galway so we didn’t actually dine in the hotel, but we’re hoping to return in a few months and will definitely try out the food then! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone!
