I wanted to order a pizza at 7:15 a.m., the night they weren't hurried, it wasn't packed and I thought I had put the services in order. I waited 25 minutes to get my pizzas and whenever I got them home the epic crust pizza I ordered was a mess. My daughter took a piece of this blow that was only pepperoni and slipped off cheese, and the actual breading of the bottom of the pizza was translucent I could see right through them. I will never order from here again the cheese pizza I got was delightful and the crust was too heavy to eat even very disappointed I hope this reaches who needs it because not order from this branch here in Galveston Texas

Ordnete a large half double bacon and half pepperoni with garlic parmesan crust with extra pepper, a spicy garlic sauce and 2 ranch. They came through with the sauces and paprika. More than what I ordered was brilliant. But no garlic parmesan crust?. But they did brilliantly on the pizza. Nice as usual.

My family and I usually enjoy Papa John's pizza. But tonight the order lasted longer than expected and the peat covered only about 3/4 of the pizza crust. It was very disappointing!

Just tried to call in an order. Guy who answered sounded indian, didn't give name. Refused to give me an actual estimated time until after I gave him money. Used to work for a Papa Johns. I know he could have just asked either the MoD or looked at the screens to check the order queue on the line. He refused. Tried to order on app. Bugged out and caused my order total to be held for 3 business days (5 days total, as it's a saturday). Never trying with this location gain.
