Wendy's - Gaithersburg

The food was properly prepared and fresh. I have adapted some things so that it took a little longer than normal, but that is to be expected so no big thing.

I love the breakfast and the customer service They forgot my napkins But the food was yummy

Good food, service okay, I hate paper straws, they get soggy and you can barely get to drink.

This was a day ..the mgr was unfriendly...not willing to help with the Wendy's coupon ..I saw a difficulty with the site. Mgr was unwilling to help rude... I will not go into this area Wendy's again..ALSO....they have a man in the neighborhood who walks around asking for Too!!he spit on my vehicle...while leaving .4 days ago....told store they will Again be reporting to police....He does this alot .. another mgr stated( she's considerate of her customers) too let police know .Good For Her....stand up for the customer...YaYa,!!!!!

Food was excellent; both hot and fresh and served quickly to order. I will make this Wendy's a new frequent stop.
