Jerry's Subs & Pizza - Gaithersburg

Jerry's at 355 at Shady Grove. My wife and I are Jerry's fans for a long time and they seem to close. Three closer to us are now closed so that we risk life and limbs to the south of Shady Grove street... It was worth it. The parking lot is a bit strange and the bacon on my ultimate was a bit to crack, but you can't beat a Jerry's Sub on a Tuesday night.

Usually I come here in Monday for their $5.99 big cheese speciality. They make it great and if you ask them to make it crispy, they can also. Whenever you have the desire for pizza, this is a great place to come. It can really be full, and the place is really not big, so at times it is really full and supported, so pack your patience! Either the checkout and service people are pretty nice and thoughtful. I once asked them to change the channel because the "cartoon" that was on was too explicit for my children, the manager gave me the remote control and told me to change it to any channel I want. Great move! So yes, I'm back on a Monday!

I came in and was immediately helped by the cashier. I had a question about her mayonnaise they use, and they were more than willing to accept me and treat my concern. I had a turkey breast and it was good over everyone. The facility was clean, although I didn't use the toilet room, so I can't talk about it in the name. Sub was pretty good.

The food is exactly what I'm looking for when I'm looking for it. However, the facility looks down and could use some serious update. There was no ice in the machine, but the young man behind the counter filled it immediately, and there were no napkins in the donor, and he was not aware until I pointed it out. He's got me some napkins and stuffed it up. Then he sat in a corner and played a game on his phone. Maybe that explains why things were not in stock, and the place looked like it needed a good cleaning. Fortunately, I go to Jerry's for dinner, not the ambience!
