Irma's In Dem - Crofton

Food was excellent. Sunday evening so very busy thus slow getting food but worth the wait. We certainly plan a return when conveniently passing thru.

We stopped here during a road trip and so glad we chose Irma’s. Yes there’s lots of choices but luckily we chose correctly. The salsa was great and the breakfast chorizo potato burrito smothered in green sauce for under $10 held us over for hours and hours.

Absolutely wonderful, authentic Mexican food and the waitress was terrific. If you stop in Deming New Mexico for any reason, It is a must to eat here I highly recommend it!

We had the Paradilla’a for two with beef and it was excellent. They first serve charro beans and a baked potato. The charro beans are really good, cooked with bacon and ham. Then the beef, cheese, onions, jalapeños are served on a sizzling bowl with corn tortillas. Really excellent and worth the stop in Deming.

The food was good and also the service. If you like spicy, ask them for a hot sauce. They had the hottest hot sauce, my waitress brought out a glass of water for me when i asked for the hot sauce. And she kept telling me to be careful. Glad i listened to her warning, and i enjoy the hot sauce.
