Chilli Hut - Fylde

As I waited for my own meal, I watched one member of staff preparing four burgers. He had just handled cash from a previous customer but, without washing his hands, placed all four burgers in the buns with his bare hands. He continued doing the same with the next order after handling my own cash payment. Unacceptable at the best of times but with virus raging???? (And the food wasn't at all nice.

Don’t order food from here, the hygiene is atrocious and I found a hair in my food. Quite frankly, this should never happen and it did. Would NOT recommend.

I order a pizza and it arrived brunt way over cooked on calling this company the guy argued with me and told me that’s how they serve them he refused to refund or exchange me Too much mayo on the chips and missed chilli off also I asked to speak to the manager or owner but was told he is not there and will call me anther day Defo not worth the attitude of this guy he clearly knew the bad quality pizza he had cooked but sent it out anyway Disgusting worst experience ever this was my first time using them and will be my last

If you order through just eat you might get your food within half an hour. If you order through their website it took 1 hour and 15 to deliver, chips were soggy and inedible and didn’t have red salt as requested. After a years worth of loyalty last order I’ll ever place and a number of repeated bad orders. Such a shame.

If I could have gave this none I would have, chicken which honestly didn’t look like chicken, that went straight in the bin. Will never be returning
