Always hot and fresh food. Just complain that if you order a roasted chicken breast, it will always be very dry. I eat only white meat, so I always order a combo white plate with all the wings. Unfortunately these wings are sometimes tiny!! They should give at least one additional wing when they see how small the wings look as they assemble the plate. And it's good

Yes, it's a chain, but the food is authentic Eastern Carolina Barbeque. Every place I visited is clean, the food is fresh, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The eastern style disappears (in favor of these things that come from Texas) so I am grateful that SCNB carries the home city flag.

One of the best Smithfield's I've eaten, I recommend that everyone who reads my post go and try it fast service and very good food is certainly a 5-star place

Great place to get roasted chicken. I love the food. Good service. Nice staff. Place was very clean. I'm definitely back.

Love their pork barbecue sandwich with cole slaw and hot sauce, fried chicken tenders sandwich (they are huge and juicy making for a thick bite) and the hush puppies and potato salad are awesome sides. Drive thru moves along very quickly and cashiers are friendly too.
