First time at Strayhorn Grill, we had a great dinner! We stopped in on a Friday night around 5:30 and got a table right away; there was a bit of a wait when we left. Large portions, fast service, and very friendly staff. We started the meal with tips and toast, a hearty appetizer. Our oldest son had the bunkhouse chicken (photo) and devoured it. My husband and I had the salmon, large portions, and it was delicious. Our other son had the filet and said it was cooked to perfection and gone so fast I could not take a photo. The side salads were very fresh! Along with a soup or salad, they also served rolls, a choice of sides, and veggies; you won 't leave hungry! Love supporting a local business vs a franchise chain! Parking: Lots of open parking

Enjoyed the soup and salad, Ceasars with beef and Chicken Fried Steaks...absolutely delicious, generous servings. Full bar, Happy hour. Laura was our server. Very delightful. Enjoyed some outdoor dining. Would definitely recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
