Jersey Mike's Subs - Fresno

I placed a doordash order and it took 45 minutes to arrive at my house, despite living only 2 miles away. The driver mentioned that the employees ignored him and only made my sandwich after serving 6 in-house customers. It would be beneficial for them to assign separate employees to handle deliveries to improve efficiency as it was overly slow.

The sandwiches at this restaurant stand out for me because of the cilantro oils they use. They're so good that I no longer go to Subway or Deli Delicious.

I have been eagerly anticipating this restaurant visit. My sister and I decided to have lunch there on a hot day, but we quickly regretted it. The sandwiches were delicious but overpriced. Despite the quality of the food, the terrible temperature inside the restaurant ruined our experience. It was extremely hot, humid, and sticky, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. When I asked if the air conditioning was broken, I was told that it was set by the company and unable to be adjusted. We ended up leaving without finishing our food. This particular location is in the Herndon shopping center next to the 99 freeway in Fresno, California. If you do decide to eat there, I recommend having your food delivered so you can enjoy it in a comfortable environment. Although the service was good, I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

First time visiting a Jersey Mike?s ordered a ham sandwich. Wasn?t very impressed as the bread was kind of stale tasting and overall sandwich was rather bland. Felt on par with a standard subway.

Never tried Jersey Mike before. So I thought I would give it a go. Sandwich was delicious, I ordered the #26 it had a lot of meat and great value for price, my only complaint is that they make your sandwich on one type of bread unless you say otherwise.It doesn?t state that anywhere on the menu so how do you expect people to know that? Also the cashier had a little bit of anattitude when I asked about it. When we first walked in we were not greeted but everyone after us was. The employee cutting themeats taking the order is not very friendly and kind of off putting. I will definitely come back to Jersey Mike?s but not thislocation.
