Dairy Queen Grill Chill - FRENCH LICK

I have had better experiences at other locations unfortunately… We have been 3 different times to this location to get just ice cream at the Drive thru and it is always VERY very slow… I’m not sure that it’s due to low staff or if it’s simply that it takes them long to prepare food. If you go here expect a wait!..

Fries were rock hard and chicken was bland and dry. Sundae was good and warm but other than that the food was bad

We waited a long time for the food, garbage on the floor and the tables, the person who takes the orders is very unfriendly. We certainly hope not to return.

Got 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip baskets one was the bbq sauce n toss they gave us both regular with a side of bbq than tried to give it to me again with no fries the other basket had no bread and the fries was way under cooked and the manager tried to argue with me that I got 2 normal baskets don’t think I’ll be returning also had to wait 30 minutes for the 2 baskets

Forgot my order…then gave me a FLUFFERnutter with no marshmallow fluff and peanut butter cups when I told them to substitute it.
