Subway - Freeport

Worst customer service EVER ,the employee was so rude and lacked respect for customers.Will never recommended anyone to go visit such place again.

Every time I’ve gone during the lunch rush hour, my order has been made perfectly I am always greeted with a smile! Thank yall so much!

I walk into the Freeport Subway and I see a stainless steel plate covering the meat area that was not there last time I was there now this is a waste of freaking money and you were supposed to see how they make it now you cannot see it with that stainless plate there Subway's motto are used to be watches make your sandwich now you can't do that get rid of the stainless plate

They changed the veggies they carry. Didn't put on the right amount of meat for their specialty sandwhich. Customer service was nonexistent. They berate their employees out in the main area for everyone to hear. Won't be going back.

Julian was a helpful worker and was really easy to work with. I hope I see more employees like him.
