Mamacita's - Fredericksburg

The two Rib-Eye were cooked to perfection one medium one rare. and the Tacos al Carbon were On point with tenderness Tortillas are homemade and the Chile con Queso was good as well. all good was still hot on arrival!!

Ordered the beef fajita quesadillas and sopapillas. The quesadilla was cold but still tasted great once warmed. Same with the sopapillas. Most places provide honey or some other dip for the sopapillas so I was disappointed when these had nothing.

The Queso Flamadeo is great as always but no napkins or utensils this time.

The beef fajita were amazing and very tender and the sweet tea was warm and fresh loved everything I got.

Service-Hostess is not so hospitable. She shows no emotion whatsoever. Watched her the entire time while we were in the restaurant and it was like a...
