Ihop - Frederick

Our server madelyn was very friendly and fast, she was also very courtesy of our 1 year old daighter. eating came out immediately and was exactly what they want from IHOPKid-Friendship: high chairs and booster seats available on request

Her average ihop. cleanliness needs work, worker knowledge could be better (our server was not aware that she had the 2x2x2 on special for $5, although there was a national TV campaign for her. our server was very nice and fast.

I was here a few times, never when it was too busy. the service was always reasonable and polite. eating is diner chain food, nothing superb, but it tastes good and is reasonably expensive

In which just go to the breakfast. today we went to lunch. Eat was blah.service was slow, got our food and had to wait 10 min for utensils? can't eat without them. Nevertheless, everyone has his left-out moments.

First time place order by time go pick up my order was given someone else. Waited for get made again. By now it is hour and half later. Get home unpacked food and two items missing. Call back they tell me will replace next order. Two days later make another order. Order milkshake which have many times. But now size is cut down over half. Realized was child size for 7 bucks!!! This is what milkshake got for 7 bucks. I dont think going be going back again. Every visit has been an issue. They resolved all issues except was told this wasnt a child size ans that new size. If sit down order get nearly three size larger and take out is this small cut 7 bucks. Could saved hazzle stopped at DQ got 3 times milkshake for 5 bucks.7 dollars for this is ridiculous especially after all the mistakes with previous orders. Shameful.
