Buffalo Wild Wings - Frederick

Food was lukewarm and stale, even though the dasher went as fast as he could.

Our first time here and it'll be the last time. this restaurant was dirty. the tables had to be traveled and there was müll throughout the etagen. we were hungry, so we stayed. I ordered a simple hamburger for my son and stressed that it had to have only meat on a small bread. it came out with cheese, so they had to open it again. the rest of us ordered traditional wings with all sauces on the side. When we finally got our wings, they were all covered with sauce. a few of them were covered in a sauce that we did not order, that was so spicy that they were almost useless. it took a good time to get our food and didn't want to wait any longer, so we ate the other wings. I have brought the mistakes to the attention of the waitress. she said she knew the kitchen was messing up our order, but she anyways brought it out instead of fixing it. She said she had her manager as part of our order, which did not happen. the manager didn't even come out to talk to us. when we left, the counter at which customers pick up orders had 3-4 sodatassen, which were clearly used, and other random rubbish sitting. it's like nobody at this place is proud of the jobs they do. it's sad to see.

Went at 8pm on a Friday and it was pretty quiet. However, it took a while to be seated. One of our appetizers didn’t arrive until we were done eating the entrées and ready to leave. The other came out cold. The biggest issue is that it was absolutely filthy everywhere. We were seated by a small kitchenette and the trash can was overflowing onto the floor. There was also trash all over the floors and tables. Some tables didn’t get bussed the entire time we were there.

Boneless wings were great, onion rings with soggy though. I received a beer glass with lipstick on it... The bathroom urinal was dirty and the restaurant cleanliness overall was middling satisfactory. My server was very good though.

Had the worst service out of any restaurant I had ever been to. It might be NFL Sunday but due to that you would think the workers would be nice and the place would be well organized but it wasn’t. We got there before two parties and there was only two of us and those two parties sat before us. We told them that we were still waiting and all they said was sorry and did nothing about it. We waited for 30 minutes while we saw 5 parties leave and they didn’t do anything about it. So we left, two thumbs down
