The pizza was good per usual, but service was EXTREMELY slow. We're talking 3 tables around us who ordered after us got their food before us. My guests needed to watch me eat after they finished their food bc my thin crust pizza took 50 minutes to be cooked and delivered to our table. I was offered 50% off, but the issue was never addressed. We were told that this issue is that they were too busy. Too busy to serve people in order and in a timely manner? I can imagine that the ticket was lost or pizza delivered to another table or a number of real reasons...but busy? If you owned your mistake, I would continue to be a patron. Since nobody did I will consider Fanella's before coming back again.

Been ordering Tammy's for over 30 years, always great until last weekend. Ordered half sausage, medium, delivered, as usual but it was totally undercooked with big blobs of sausage. Had a couple of slices and dumped the rest. Really disappointed since we are always looking for that great pizza. Also, ordered cheese nuggets that were burnt. New cook? Left a message, nothing. We will definitely look at it first next time, and yes there will be a next time. Ok 1st bad pizza in 30 years? Just want them to watch the quality and keep up their standards.

I ordered carryout, 3 entrees. When I got home I noticed one order was wrong. I also live about 15 minutes away. So 30 minutes round trip. I called and asked to receive a credit for what was made/ordered incorrectly. All they did was offer a $5.00 credit. That's not going to buy me a new dinner. And I was not going to run back out to get the correct thing. I was not going to eat what was sold me. It's not what I ordered. I was not going to continue to debate with the young man over the phone. I will no longer give you my business nor will I recommend you to anyone. I am a long time customer. No more
