Sapporo Steakhouse - Fort Wayne

My family of four ate here on New Year 's Eve. We had a 5:15 reservation we were walking out of the restaurant at 6:10. It was a busy night for them, but they certainly had the the assembly line mentality in full effect. They were clearing our table off while we were still trying to finish our meals, so we took the hint and just left. Overall: The food was good quality prepared well, but unfortunately the poor service makes this place a strong do not recommend from me.

The food was good but a little pricey. We had sushi, noodles, and pork cutlets. The service was a little dry but overall average. The hibachi side looks entertaining but we just took a normal table.

We had an 8 pm reservation and DID NOT GET SEATED UNTIL 8:30pm!!! We had people with us that had NEVER EXPERIENCED THE HABACHI!!!! They will NEVER GO BACK!!! I have allergies so mine was cooked in the kitchen along with one of the other guest at the table , which is fine. Well needless to say we got our food AFTER our friends and family were done eating! I spoke with the manager, who was RUDE and he said that they were busy...LOL... We got seated at 8:30 and you close at 9 pm...Maybe everyone's food has been cooked!!!!It is now 9:40 pm and I am leaving with my food in a to go box because it was NEVER made until I asked about it!!!!! IWILL NEVER GO BACK AND THAT RUDE MANAGER NEEDS SOME CLASSES ON HOW TO APPROPRIATELY TALK TO CUSTOMERS... WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS FAR!!!

Great lunch options and superior quick service! I opted for the lunch bento box to get a little taste of everything. Roll and tempura veggies were so good! Fried rice was delicious as well. It was plenty of food for a lunch portion.

Came here for a friend's 30th birthday celebration and our food was decent, steak for our hibachi was definitely chewy and overdone but everything else was good. We told our server it was our friends birthday they sang to her brought out a pineapple boat then she was charged $7 for it! We would've never told them it was her birthday if we knew it was an extra charge to be sang to to get some fruit. Very frustrating the only restaurant I know that charges for something that is complimentary every other restaurant you go to.
