Blaze'n Burrito - Fort Smith

You get a lot. it's good too. they get to choose their own ingredients and I recommend the jalapeno tortilla its my favorites. the experience they have here is good. They can all see toppings and watch how the Burrito artists are going to do it. that makes me smile when I go. I just wish they offered free rehearsals. they have an eclipse burrito van on the parking lot that is rarely used, but I can see that this is a good opportunity for them to branch out. the city center scene during the weekend needs more providers and people love her to eat, so I don't know why they haven't done that.

The employees were not polite to welcome my friend and I. I ordered two water and was calculated for two big sodas. I also ordered a baby quadilla, and was calculated for a regular size item. The food tasted great, but I was overloaded for half of my articles. Not too happy!

Terrible customer service! I got my drink with soda on the sides. The employees were more interested in waiting for people hanging around to talk to them, then we take our order. The lady who made our Burritos did not ask my mother what meat she wanted and just put the same as I had. Salsa was above the tray. The staff who cook the food had no gloves or hair nets. Could you say that the employees don't want to be there. Such a shame because when this company opened on Rogers Ave, it was amazing.

Sitting on Sunday at 5:28 p.m. to the restaurant and was looking for the menu, while one of the teenagers' workers conversed with their friends instead of welcoming us. When we went to order the other lady who did not greet us, said they were closed for the day. The other restaurants in the food dish served food, but it had finished for the day 30 minutes early. Instead of allowing us to look at her over head menu, they could have said “hi, sorry we are closed for the day”. We have never been in this food facility and we will probably not be back based on their lack of customer service and the dirty state in which the food was prep area. Based on previous customer reviews, your facility looks like it would go downhill because the people you hire. Good luck staying in business.

Had been eating there for years, the service and food have gone way down hill. I work close to the mall so it is easy to stop in. As of late no one from my office will eat there, when we used to eat there at least every week. Portions are never consistent, food is sloppy and I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
