McDonald's - Fort Saskatchewan

With the family to the breakfast after hockey children had pancakes and we whistled and we had sausages and ei mcmuffins. just as we ordered and correct new team member (jarret) helped us and was excellent! political, friendly, did an amazing job!. with more employees like him, this mcdonald’s will only be better!

I ordered a double big mac that I can't come here in the states, and it was great! came hot and fast.

They have a 3 in 5 chance that their order will not be ready in the window. morning staff in the last window is always rude.

McDonalds is McDonalds..........best fries in town, but try asking for a burger with NOTHING on it! We usually take the grandkids every Saturday for lunch and we order a plain hamburger for our extremely fussy eater of a grandson.....meat and a bun. Sounds pretty simply,...right? Wrong........97% of the time its wrong. You can imagine how this could become very frustrating. We stress when we order that this burger has nothing on it........ Oh well, there have been a few times they have gotten it right.

In a hurry and the drive through is sometimes the quicker way to order and get on my way. Ordered a Momma Cheese Combo. Paid for my order and proceeded to the pickup window for my order. I should have taken 5 seconds to open...the bag before leaving the window. I didn't and a few minutes while driving down the highway stopped at the next traffic light. This was where I opened the bag and discovered a Poppa burger. What should I do? Go back or just continue on and eat it. I chose the latter.
