House Of Omelets Fm - Fort Myers

Cannot say enough good things about this place and their place in Cape Coral!!! Fast and friendly service is tops. You watch the wait staff and they all help each other and do it willingly! You never hear a negative word spoken by them. We normally have breakfast here and I always get the Fort Myers Choice (or CCC) in the Cape. The food is out before you know it and it’s quite tasty!! AND plentiful servings! And I have yet to see my coffee cup empty!! Excellent job all around!!

Extremely rude hostess, we walked in with a cup of coffee from next door and instead of asking me to dump it or give me the option to drink it prior to being seated she just told us we couldn’t stay. Little did she know there was hardly any coffee in it and I would’ve happily placed it in the trash but that didn’t matter to her as we were shown the door. Needless to say we will not be returning. Training your employees on customer service and satisfaction is not something that should be rushed, a hostess is the first person you interact with when entering the building they should be the most trained to handle a rule enforcement. We very much enjoyed our breakfast at First Watch.

Visited this restaurant today for the first time. It was a wonderful experience. The service was Fantastic and the food was fresh and Delicious! Our waitress, Kayla, gave us a couple recommendations that were perfect. My husband had the House Slam breakfast and I had the Club House sandwich. Both were so delicious as well as filling. If you are looking for a great breakfast/lunch restaurant in Fort Myers, look no further. You will not be sorry.

We went for breakfast. I ordered the French toast and it was delicious. The omelettes are gigantic and you got a huge portion of breakfast potatoes/home fries. The server we had was great, just the right amount of attentive and very friendly.
