Bidrage med feedbackYeah, what a surprise in the humble town of Fort McLeod - a friendly, spacious woodsy-looking place with Korean owners who cook their food, japanese food, and waffles. Licenced, with some ok beer selections.
Food was fresh, homemade and tasted great. Service is a little slow. Ambience doesn't match the menu. Asian food in a rustic log cabin feel dining room.
If you're passing through Fort Macleod, make sure to stop by BJ Teriyaki for some delicious Japanese food in a western-themed setting. The restaurant is air conditioned and offers fresh, high-quality dishes.
The dining room of the building, originally the 'Scarlet and Gold', still has the same charm. The menu, of course, is now very different. I came for breakfast with a group of ladies. We were all impressed with the presentation of the meal. It was delicious and reasonably priced. At the end of the meal two trays of fruit were placed on the table with tiny forks for each of us ... this was gratis. We already have plans to return to this restaurant.
In Fort Macleod for a rodeo and A friend TripAdvisor best eats in Fort Macleod and BJ's popped up. We thought what an interesting concept teriyaki and waffles. Read other reviews and thought we got to try this place. So happy we did awesome food and great service. We all decided we would make sure to go there again if we where within a 50km radius of the Fort again!
