La Crepe - Fort Lauderdale

Absolutely delicious! chicken philly crepe was amazing and the staff is always very accommodating

This is one of our favourite breakfast spots in FLL. Crepes are fantastic, as good as Quebec or France. Lattes are excellent as well.

Very nice surprise to find a authentic French cafe after getting my facial at Angelina’s. I had the vegetarian crepe with Brie cheese. Delicious

How many people have left a restaurant wanting to leave a critical review of the place and only complained to their friends? Should’ve known that a French breakfast restaurant that has no one inside on a Saturday morning except for the owner is a sign for “turn around and go”. A French breakfast restaurant that uses a gas station coffee machine and not an espresso machine. Savory crepe was greatly lacking flavor, had to add salt and pepper. Sweet crepe was good. Decor looks like it’s all from goodwill set by some middle school kids that did a presentation on France. Owner was nice man.

My wife and I have visited Ft Lauderdale and Pompano Beach for vacations many times in the past as we have relatives in the area. This past December 2021 we made an unforeseen trip to the area and stayed in a close by Hotel for a week. The name of La Crepe came up and we decided to give it a try for breakfast. To our surprise, our first experience with La Crepe was fantastic. The location is good, the restaurant is quaint, Frederic the Chef and his staff were friendly. The food was excellent, particularly the Breakfast Waffle and Crape Special Salmon we had the first day. We went back to La Crepe again two other times, once with our three grown sons who like us enjoyed their breakfast. No doubt La Crepe will be our favorite spot next time we're in the area; we can't wait to go back and enjoy the food. BTW the Americano Coffee was very good as well.
