Simply Thai - Fort Collins

Good food with a nice staff. Big portions and fair prices. They also have a big selection of Boba tea.

Ordered as takeout. The food was ready when they said it would be. Very generous portions. I was only able to eat about 1/3 of it and saved the rest for the next day. I had the Suki Pad w/ beef (spice level 4) with coconut rice. Why have I never had coconut rice before? It is awesome. The staff was really friendly. I will make sure to eat here again.

Amazing! Everything was amazing! Yellow curry, pad Thai, coconut rice, spring roll, butterfly shrimp, chicken skewers. The entrees were large portions, the pad Thai and curry were pretty sweet (but delicious). 3 on their heat scale is nice, not over the top, but leaves a nice lingering heart. Definitely will be back! Best Thai food in Fort Collins!! Large portions for the price. I've been here about 10 times and everything I've gotten has been good. Their Thai iced tea is also the best in town in my opinion, not too sweet and good flavor. On top of that, their take-out is ready fast (in 15 min) and is very reliable (my order is always right).
