Restaurant 415 - Fort Collins

No longer a separate vegan menu. they have vegan gf chocolate cake with chocolate frozen. we had the mushroom pizza without cheese substitute basilikum. the combined with the cut figs was wonderful! it also had chard, kale, garlic, balsamico vinaigrette reduction and olive oil. we ordered the brussel sprouts without butter or cheese substitute the toasted hazelnuts! I am very happy and full.

Had the darkened flower cabbage that could be made easily vegan I could think the polnta mai have butter in the rule. it was huge and delicious. a series of menu items can be easily modified to be vegan. the service might have been a bit better, but we came close so I think they were just eager to be on the way.

Service was extremely slow. server was however apologetic and offered a free dessert nothing for vegans available. I had the abomination minus the cheese. my man had the darkened cauliflower and the calf that was good.

Many of the choice the server understand what is vegan. really delicious

We recently moved to Fort Collins and are making the rounds to find new places to go and we will definitely return here. A nicer restaurant, great to take visitors to there are vegan options, along with veg and omnivore , with a good vibe. We had bruschetta to start, amazing cauliflower steaks over polenta for our entrees and....they even had moist, delicious vegan pumpkin cupcakes for dessert! Wait staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
