Kfc - Fort Collins

I usually don't post reviews of almost food restaurants, but I had a pretty great experience here! Usually the person in the window is polite, but not excessively so, today I have taken the most amazing woman and give me my order! I think her name was apryl. she was so friendly and friendly and very patient. it is just kfc so I did not expect this level of service and was super pleasantly surprised

Originally rated as 1 star, changed to 4. please read the full review. funny story about this place. I look up at night at 7:35 and all doors are closed. When I walked around to check all the doors, I see how 6 employees dance around and behind the theke joking. I go back to my car to tell another customer when a worker opens the door and says that the lobby is closed and that we can go through the trip. annoyed, I'll ask when her lobby closes. he tells me 8ish, almost half an hour before the time he tells me her lobby is closed. then I will pass through the journey. When I ask for the 8-piece chicken egg, I say they're out of the chicken. what that tells me is that their employees are lazy at this place and are not worth paying. how are they from the huh 2 hours and 15 minutes before they close. it seems like they wanted to close the load early. after the registration of an online complaint about the employees, the load owner contacted me personally. he offered me a free meal as a compensation I refused. I did this because he offered more than just a free meal. We had a big talk in which he took responsibility for his associates, and he shared his plan to solve the problem. through our conversation I trusted him that he was a man of his word and that he would fix this problem. changed to 4 stars due to the quality of the guide in the detection of the problems and the action to fix it.

The responsible refused to correct my order. she did not even apologize to give me the wrong order, in which she was rude and refused to give the name of the load manager. that was too dine-in, I ordered 8 pieces delicate meal, a chicken sandwich with salat and no pickles. I noticed that he put 8 pieces, so I immediately clarified with him that I wanted the offers. he said oh ok and told the kitchenman. when I came back from the toilet room (dirty,) I noticed that they gave us control pieces, not the offers. I immediately took the eimer back and asked the person there to repair my order, the guy took it, but this girl manager who said that only 17 years old, not sure why she had to tell me her age, but nevertheless she refused to repair my order. she told me if I paid, they couldn't fix my order that I would have been clear with the cashier if I gave my order. I told her as soon as I noticed the order on the acknowledgement, I made it clear that I even approached to confirm the guy, but she was sharpened and didn't tell me to talk to him because he's new and he doesn't know. By the way, we could say that something was wrong with him because he seemed lost or uncomfortable that I checked the reception. I told her she didn't make any sense because I was released, he made the mistake and he told them. Anyway, she refused to correct my order and give the name of the store mgr, she claimed to be the only person responsible daily. in the round I had to pay for another 8 chicken tenders $20 next to the already $38 for the chicken pieces we didn't want. we took our food and ate in our car, and we realized that it was pickles in our sandwich, but at this point, nothing to tell them about it because as she said that would have been my fault to pay for another sandwich. we just didn't eat it. I regret taking my girls there after having a great time in the cinema. I will argue with my credit card company, as this was not right at all.

I have added my order completely wrong so many things that I have so much for what I did not want. I tried to spend my last day with my daughter before she went to cali so I didn't complain. people were nice, eating was good.

Lazy people here no indoor service REALLY why other places even the other Kfc c'mon get it together
