Domenic's Bistro Wine - Fort Collins

My wife and I love coming to Dominic's for dinner. We happened upon this place a few years back, and have a great experience here every time we visit. The food is always tasty and seems to be made fresh correctly....my favorite is the Shrimp Grits, hers is the Baked Cavatappi Arrabiata. They have rotating taps, and always seem to have some good local draught options from Zwei or Odell, as well as some awesome cocktail recipes...the bar staff and wait staff, usually remember our faces, and are friendly and always attentive. If anything has ever been an issue, they dealt with it immediately. I can definitely recommend this place, as well as their other restaurants in town (Otto Pint Vincent). Thanks for taking care of us over the years!

I enjoy the atmosphere, food, and great service. A little loud at times, so not for those super important conversations.

Food was fantastic, however service from our waitress was nonexistent. Eventually had to ask another waiter for something after my food started to get cold. Also when I'm already paying $80 for two, find some way to pay your kitchen WITHOUT tacking on a 3% fee I didn't agree to and wasn't listed anywhere.

Electric atmosphere and friendly service. Stellar food and wine pairs. If you haven't been, make some friends and go see Dylan and Alex. They're the wonder twins!

Omg best pasta ever!! I got the sausage bolognese my husband got the lasagna. Both were absolutely delicious!!! Bruschetta was super good too. Will def be back!
