Culver's - Fort Atkinson

My husband just had the most rude encounter at Culver's in Fort Atkinson! He ordered a salad and Kora ordered a meal and when they came to the car to deliver their order that they had paid for and waited for they had forgotten his salad. So the runner went back in to the store and minutes later they sent someone else out and said; oh you didn't get your salad? Then the manager of the store came out and said that they best they could do would be to make another salad and give it to my husband at a discount??? But he didn't get what he paid for in the first place?? Why would he want to pay for another salad? We will NEVER eat there again! I hope that others will follow suit! Very poor customer service!

I took my great Dane to Culver's to celebrate her 10th birthday. The staff was wonderful! They brought water for them and delivered us our food. We really felt special. Burgers and Pommes were great. Custard for the birthday boy was a big hit.

I just want to thank the sweet young lady who gave me a rose last night! You have no idea how stressed I was the last weeks with the beginning of school and try to balance and work and educate my daughter. You really felt special!

The ride thru is slow as hell (of course everything is to be ordered) but it is worth it. There is a reason why the dining room is always packed. I'm from the southwest and can honestly say that Culver is better than in N Out and Whataburger.
