My latte is always hot and filled to the top not all foam my daughter occasionally gets 1 or 2 chocolate munchkins mixed in with glazed. She HATES chocolate! She is 6 and boy does thisirritate her! I explain that it is most likely a mistake. She said ?mommy they make this mistake every time.? I like this spotand will continue to order from here. The staff are attentive and never have had an issue:
Today I did a BIG mobile order for our staff at the YMCA on this very hot day! We ordered over 12 drinks and a donut. These Dunkin staff members were WONDERFUL and very pleasant even though we ordered so much! Some of the Y staff said they frequentthis Dunkin location often and it never disappoints!
They seriously need to change there hours on the website if they are gonna close an hour early.
This location has some quality control issues. It is not unusual for them to have almost no selection of donuts- like they're playing catch up. The double chocolate donut there is not right- it's a chocolate glazed donut with chocolate frosting so if that one matters to you, choose another location. I drove away today with a burned sandwich that fell apart in my hands and I couldn't eat it. Nice workers- but I am going to choose another location.
Saturday late morning was my first time visiting. The dinning area was dirty and slow, but the drive thru was busy. The only cleaning done was by a young woman with a spray bottled that misted me while I placed my order. Later I noticed that she was spraying even the food and coffees that were on the counter being prepared by other servers.There were three other female scratching their hairs, arm pits and even private area as my family and stood in line. The only good experience was the male cashier who offered me a seasonal flavor for my cappuccino which tasted good. Our drinks and sandwiches were served separately. Not as a complete order. Another young man offered to complete my order but unfortunate for me the spraying server girl handed it to me. He seemed rude in defense of the spraying girl since he had no clue as to why I was annoyed with her. She seemed to act as though she was the only one who knew what she was doing but was sincerely wrong. I will not revisit despite living so close by. I'm considering calling the health department since we don't know how many people have been eating and drinking cleaning solutions thanks to Miss Efficiency. I'd recommend people that notice the same to call and report it to the health department. The reason the management is not a good option is because their first instinct is to defend their staff rather than observe and correct.
