Minmin Thai Food - Forest Grove

Tried their new menu item: chicken wings dipped in homemade sauce. Crispy and tasty with some veggies on the side. Ask for less sauce if you don?t want the wings too saucy and creamy. Best served with white rice, which you can add for just $1. I also had their glass noodles pad thai with shrimp, which was delightful for the price.

Seriously the nicest people ever! This is our second time ordering from here and we love it! We get the Pad Thai and cashew chicken which is amazing! They have the best crab puffs ever too! Next time we are trying their curry. Thanks again for such great food and service.

First time ordering from Minmin. We got Thai fried rice and Yellow curry. Both dishes were quiet delicious. It was ready to pick up with 15 mins. Did notice that if you order from postmates(pick-up) it is a little bit more expensive per dish. Will definitely be coming back to try more dishes and I will definitely next time be ordering from them directly.

Ordered take out from Min Min and definitely will be trying it again. The massaman curry was amazing with potatoes and carrots, there wasn't any spice to it so you can add as you please! The pad ka pao is something I had never tried before and it was amazing, first time I've actually ate my vegetables. If you like a sweeter sauce you'll love this! The best part was nothing spilled and the packing kept the food hot and all intact!!

Great food! the Pad Thai is super flavorful and moist, and has a decent amount of meat. The curry is nice and spicy, but also has a great flavor. My only issue is they advertise to stay open till 9, but if you call at or around 8:45, they won?t answer anymore. Change your hours to reflect this!
