Fg Amore - Forest Grove

Food was okay, the Caesar salad was salty for my taste. I just think the price is high for a very basic meal that took a very long time to get. I could eat in a sit down restaurant, farm to table for the same food, just more flavor, and a better price.

The pizza at FG Amore is exceptional. The crust is so good, soft yet toasted, and the sauce and toppings are so flavorful. I had the bianca pizza with mushrooms and it was delicious. They had great service and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. We will definitely be back!

Another gem in our little town. If you are a big fan of good Italian food but not in the mood to dress up and go to a fancy restaurant, this is your place! They offer deliciously crafted pasta dishes, sandwiches, pizza and salads. I recommend the Ziti Sugo, perfect for a chilly night with a glass of red wine, the Caesar salad is sooo good! They give it their own twist with the addition of preserves lemons, and oh, the delicious cannellonis, filled with the most delicate cream. I can’t wait for the opening of their new location in Portland and taste their delicious creations.

The food is tasty but what really impressed me was the chef’s attention to his food. They really care about what they make and it is generous for the price. Worth a visit.
