Sonic Drive-in - Forest

I’m not sure if my name is mentioned, but I’ve visited the Sonic in Forest quite regularly over the past three weeks, and my experience has been disappointing. My food is never served correctly: the cheese sticks are hard and the cheese isn’t melted, the tater tots are also hard, and my sandwiches aren't made properly. The food isn’t served warm either. I’m aware of what’s going on, but since this is usually my go-to place, I felt compelled to leave this review. I won’t be eating at the Sonic in Forest anymore.

I’m not sure if my name will appear, but I’ve been a regular customer at the Sonic in Forest for the past three weeks, and I’m quite disappointed with my recent experiences. My orders have consistently been incorrect; the cheese sticks are hard with unmelted cheese, the tater tots are also hard, and my sandwiches are not prepared as I requested. Moreover, the food is often not warm. I’m not sure what’s causing these issues, but I’ve been wanting to share this review. Unfortunately, I will no longer be dining at the Sonic in Forest. I was a loyal customer, visiting two to three times a week with my family, but we will be taking a break from this location until improvements are made. The service has been poor, and it’s truly disappointing.
