Mokus Restaurant - Fonthill

Stopped here to for supper while visiting in Fonthill. Great location with free parking right in front. Besides the inside restaurant there is also outside patio service. The staff was friendly and attentive and the Hawaiian atmosphere was cute. Food was good and portions were very large. Although it was clean for the most part the floors were not. It appeared that they had not been swept all day and not sure when last washed. Washrooms were very clean. All in all a good meal.

Have been to Mokus several times and it has always exceeded my expectations. The decor has a cool Hawaiian vibe, the staff is always welcoming, friendly and eager to please. The food is delicious, the coconut shrimp is a favourite appetizer and I love the spicy Sesame Udon Noodle dish. There are a variety of colourful Hawaiian drinks and the Hawaiian beer has a refreshing mango flavour. I have enjoyed the Hawaiian coffee and one of the next visits I will order a dessert, but I never have room as the helpings are always generous. It is definitely a place I will continue to frequent. You can even purchase Hawaiian attire, coffee, spices and more. Highly recommend Mokus.

Last Sat night, Natalie was able to rotate us out to the patio, where all the street music and fun was, during Fonthill's big Summerfest. Despite being busy, our food came out timely and nice and hot.I enjoyed the Udon Noodles with a vegetaqble stir fry(one of my favorites) and my family had Fish Tacos and Hawaiian fish & chips. Friends who were walking by, joined us at our table and they had their favorite Paradise Burgers. Great location in the heart of the village, and a patio overlooking the downtown. Staff were having fun and the Hawaiian atmosphere is a nice change.Lots of drink choices, but try the beer from Hawaii !!

I've been here a handful of times, my favourite meal so far was their Udon noodle dish, so good!! we have tried their shaved Ice which is fun and tasty after dinner. the service is usually good but our last visit it was not so much, very slow, not attentive but we were there pretty close to closing time. I always recommend this place, the decoration is nice and suiting of the theme!

This restaurant is a must go! If you happen to be in Fonthill and find yourself wanting to eat, stop in and I guarantee anything you order will blow your mind! Their won ton soup is to die for! Their hulihuli chicken is beyond compare. If you haven't been go, and if you have go again lol
