Food For Thought - Folkestone

We had our first lunch at Food for Thought today, and I say "first" because I know there will be many more to come. The food was incredible! We ordered vegan and chicken curries, and the portions were generous and truly satisfying. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful as well. However, what stood out the most was the incredibly friendly staff. They created a welcoming and cozy atmosphere that felt like home. The restaurant is run by a couple who have been serving the community since the 80s in Folkestone, and I can only imagine that it will continue to get better. I do wish they were open all day, as their current hours are quite limited (12-3), but it’s the perfect spot for lunch and definitely leaves you wanting more!

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to in my life!

The curry was excellent, and the homemade steak pie was delicious, accompanied by plenty of fresh vegetables.
