Meal with original flavors but I enjoyed the entire meal. Disorganized service which leaves a lot of waiting between dishes. Pleasant staff.

A charming and calm setting on the banks of the river and a warm interior. The welcome is pleasant, discreet and the hostess is very kind. The dishes are excellent, rich in flavors (with vegetarian and vegan options) and hearty. A real Ariège gem! Thank you and see you soon

We were welcomed by Leela. In September we were in the warmth, and the room we spent the night was fresh, we slept perfectly. House linen and bedding are very comfortable. Very clean place. We didn't have dinner because we came for Foix's parties, next time we'll have dinner. The kitchen smelled so good. Ciboulette is a nice place, it is a nice discovery. I recommend
